To begin operation of the controller:
 

Turn on the PC, and enter the username and password

Turn on the FlexTest SE controller

Start the Station Manager

Select the Load and Stroke Configuration

Clear Interlocks

Auto-offset values

Enable Exclusive Control

Proceed with the Basic Testware, or select the Multipurpose Testware (MPT)

within MPT use the procedure editor to setup the test segments

to run a test, first turn on the hydraulic pump (HPU), LOW, then HIGH
then turn on the 810 test frame hydraulic service manifold (HSM), LOW then HIGH

Press the PLAY button to run the test
